The Board of Directors of the Saddlecreek Farms P.O.A., Inc. will be holding an Board meeting on Tuesday, October 19, 2021, at 7:00 pm. The meeting will be held at the May Community Center located at 14207 Rolling Pine Dr, Crosby, TX 77532.
The subject of the meeting is general business of the Association, including discussion of items related to community common area concerns. There will be a homeowner input session for any member who would like to address the Board.
The meeting will then close for an executive session to discuss confidential information. Items that may be discussed in executive session include: actions involving personnel, pending or threatened litigation, contract negotiations, enforcement actions, confidential communications with the Association attorney, matters involving invasion of privacy of owners, and other matters that are confidential by request of an affected party and agreement of the Board.

The meeting’s purpose is to discuss the recent changes affecting property owner associations by the 87th Texas Legislative Session.
